What have I been doing

Just a short note to let you know the I am still around, I am making mittens to go on my next DVD that I am creating, I am playing with my new garter bar from KrisKrafter, which is absolutely wonderful. can't say enough about it. It make decreasing so much easier, the tines do not move on you like the hand made ones do. Believe my I have made my share of homemade garter bars. the KrisKrafer does not even compare.  I plan on a few short videos for youtube using the garter bar. So stay in touch. I will try and do the same.

I was just given a "KrisKrafter Garter Bar" with 50 pegs. I can not say enough good things about this bar. I am working on a DVD for dishcloths,  i wanted to include some garter stitch on some of them but the slow way slowed me down, But with this bar it is full steam ahead,   If you get the opportunity  to purchase one it is well worth it.  You can find it here http://www.kriskrafter.com/ . Vol 2 is Ready

I have a 2 new videos I created "Come knit with me" I show you how to make a simple keyhole sweater with cap sleeves, It is only 25.00 each (that includes shipping) You get to select 3 sizes of your choice, for each DVD you order.
Volume 1 is a keyhole sweater
Volume 2 is pull over with cap sleeves
Volume 3 is a raglan sweater with short sleeves (in process)


If you have seen any of my videos on you tube you will know that I do not edit out my "issues" how are you going to learn if I do not include how to repair them, the only thing I edit out is if I am knitting several rows with no issues.

Whats going on?

Lets see, I have finished the second DVD, Volume 2 of "Come Knit With Me"  This will be a series of DVD with about 4 gig of information, I will walk you through the creation of project, so far I have:

Vol 1 a keyhole sweater with cap sleeves
Vol 2 a classic sleeve sweater with cap sleeves
Vol 3 a raglan sleeve sweater with short sleeves

each DVD contains from start to finish the creation of a sweater. They are available for $25.00, this includes shipping, What you will receive is the DVD, and three sizes in the sweater demonstrated. Just email me with the sizes, I do take paypal. [I am working on getting a shopping cart.]

Next Volume

The next volume of my DVD's is almost ready, I am pulling it together, It is all filmed, Then I get to make the cover. I will keep you posted.

My WIP
